EARLY BIRD REGISTRATION FEES POSTMARKED ON OR BEFORE March 1, 2010: $160.00
REGISTRATION FEES POSTMARKED AFTER March 1, 2010: $185.00
Groups of 5 or more on or before March 1, 2010: $140 per person
- To add a certificate/CME credits for MD's, add an additional $10.
- To add a certificate/CME credits for RN's, add an additional $5.
- To add a certificate/CME credits for all other disciplines, there is no additional charge.
Registration includes program, syllabus, continuing education credit, continental breakfast and luncheon.
Cancellation Policy: All monies will be refunded, less a $20.00 administrative fee, if cancellation is received in writing before March 1, 2010. After March 1, 2010, no refunds will be made, although you may transfer your registration to another person.
